PelletMasterLV is an informational project that tracks heating pellet prices from sellers in Latvia. You can reach us at: admin@pelletmaster.lv.
About the prices
PelletMaster aggregates price information from publicly available sources. The listed values are indicative and reflect the latest price found at the respective source on the date it was checked.
The price may change and can depend on order volume, delivery, region, payment method, and other conditions set by the seller. PelletMaster is not a pellet seller and does not guarantee availability or the ability to purchase at the listed price.
For the current price and purchase terms, please contact the seller directly via the listed source.
Correction requests
If you represent a seller or manufacturer and believe the published information is incorrect or outdated, please send us the source and the relevant details. We will review the request and update the data if the error is confirmed.
What data we process
We work with a limited set of data:
- Anonymous website visit statistics — via Google Analytics, and only after you consent in the cookie banner (see "Cookies" below). Analytics is never loaded without consent.
- Technical data (e.g. IP address) — briefly, in standard server logs, to keep the site running and secure.
Price-change alerts are posted to the public Telegram group @PelletMasterLV — anyone can join or leave it themselves via Telegram, and we don't receive or store any personal data about its members. The site does not send any email newsletters.
Legal basis for processing
- Visit statistics — based on consent via the cookie banner (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Server logs — based on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and running reliably (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who we share data with
Only the technical providers that keep the site running: our hosting provider (DigitalOcean) and Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC — analytics data may be processed outside the EEA under Google's standard contractual clauses). We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention
Google Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' retention settings (14 months by default). Server logs are kept briefly and then automatically deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time — write to admin@pelletmaster.lv. You can also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — Datu valsts inspekcija (Latvia), dvi.gov.lv.
Cookies
We only use cookies for anonymous visit statistics (Google Analytics) — and only with your consent. You can change your decision at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the homepage.
